	HOT WATER Hot Water has proven to be the most effective part of any cleaning project and you should insist on it. We heat our water using eco-friendly bio-diesel.
	BIODEGRADEABLE CLEANERS We use eco-friendly detergents that are very effective yet are not harmful to the environment. Although we use some chlorine to kill the mold, the quantity is fine-tuned and will not harm pets or plants.
	CLEAN GUTTERS Those ugly black streaks on your gutter surfaces are hand brushed using specially formulated cleaning agents to get them looking new again.
	PLANT PROTECTION GUARANTEE We are confident that our process will not harm your plants. In fact, if we destroy a plant due to negligence, we will replace it.
	CLEAN WINDOW SILLS Dirt and mold love to gather in the crevices of your window sills and screens. Our process gets the sills and screens looking new again.
	NO LADDERS The use of ladders in power washing is extremely unsafe and in our opinion too risky. We use equipment that is powerful enough to reach even the highest spots on your home. All of our work is performed from the ground.

We offer two service levels of home powerwashing: Hot Water Wash, and Premium Hot Water Wash Package.

The Hot Water Wash standard package includes a hot water wash of your house with our biodegradeable cleaners.

The Premium Package includes a hot water wash of your house as well as the gutters, trim, entrance, windows, and screens. We use a formulated degreaser designed for black streak removal on gutters. Package includes hand brushing using extension poles and angled brushes; cleaning of gutter faces and downspouts of painted gutters to restore original appearance; cleaning of trim, attic vents, fascia boards, and the garage door; detailed cleaning of brick/concrete stoop; hand brushing of railings, front door, entrance trim, columns, and up to 12 feet of sidewalk; and, if you remove the window screens, we will hand brush sills, rinse windows with hot water, and wash and rinse screens with hot water.
