	BIODEGRADEABLE CLEANERS We use eco-friendly detergents that are very effective yet are not harmful to the environment. Although we use some chlorine to kill the mold, the quantity is fine-tuned and will not harm pets or plants.
	CLEAN GUTTERS Those ugly black streaks on your gutter surfaces are hand brushed using specially formulated cleaning agents to get them looking new again.
	PLANT PROTECTION GUARANTEE We are confident that our process will not harm your plants. In fact, if we destroy a plant due to negligence, we will replace it.
	CLEAN WINDOW SILLS Dirt and mold love to gather in the crevices of your window sills and screens. Our process gets the sills and screens looking new again.
	NO LADDERS The use of ladders in power washing is extremely unsafe and in our opinion too risky. We use equipment that is powerful enough to reach even the highest spots on your home. All of our work is performed from the ground.

 Our 'maintenance wash' consists of a thorough cleaning of your house which includes: a hot water low pressure wash of the siding and all the trim, window washing and thorough rinsing with hot water. This wash is recommended for customers who get their houses washed every 1 or 2 years and want to maintain that fresh clean look. The maintenance wash is also appropriate for budget conscious customers.

The 'premium option' is selected in addition to the maintenance wash and includes:

1. High pressure cleaning of front sidewalk (concrete or aggregate)
2. Removal of green mold from home foundation
3. High pressure cleaning of front stoop (brick or concrete)
4. Hot water rinsing of rear deck
5. Low pressure wash of interior screened porch (if applicable)
